TrailGraze 2024 takes you on a weekend beyond the farmgate to taste, sip and discover some of the state’s most delicious produce, served up by the very people who call Tasmania’s foodbowl home.

Yes, it’s Palisa Anderson, our Executive Chef at Chat Thai.

Inspired by her Thai heritage and personal appreciation for the Tasmanian food, Palisa curated produce-driven menu for TrailGraze Dinner, with the culinary support of local rising star Lilly Trewartha and the Spreyton Cider Co. team. Held in Spreyton Cider Co.’s quintessentially Tasmanian apple orchard, this dining experience featured canapés on the lawn, a shared-style main course, and indulgent desserts by moonlight.
